The 55+ Housing Council of Southern California announces its “A Playbook for 50+ Domination” event set for Thursday, May 15, 2014, at the Radisson Hotel Newport Beach. The interactive panel and Q&A session featuring two seasoned 50+ industry professionals will take place from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., and present such topics as:

  • Discovering how to use research to create a truly consumer-centric community.
  • Understanding how to position a new 50+ community by translating consumer response into viable development, planning, design, marketing and sales strategies.
  • Developing a marketing and sales strategy that will ensure an initial burst of sales and set-up long term momentum.
